Returns Policy

At 28 Cosmetics we think it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, clear conditions apply to returns.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt , provided the product is unopened (seal not broken and/or foil around the product not removed), and it can therefore be returned in its original packaging.

After registration, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us.

2. Hygienic products

Our products are considered hygiene products. This means that the right of withdrawal expires once the seal is broken.

What do we mean by 'seal broken'?
The seal is considered broken once the packaging has been opened and the product has been exposed to the outside air.
This is the case, among other things, when:

  • the box or foil has been opened

  • the protective film or seal has been removed

Even if the product has not been worn but has been opened , it can no longer be returned.

➡️ Only unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.

3. When is returns possible?

✅ The product is unopened and unused
✅ The product is in the original packaging
✅ You have received the wrong product
✅ The product was delivered damaged                                                                            

4. When is returns not possible?

❌ Opened or used products
❌ Packaging damaged through use
❌ Return notifications after 14 days
❌ Products without original packaging

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be refused.

5. Return costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an error on our part (incorrect or damaged product delivered), return costs are of course free .

6. Register return

Returns can only be registered by sending an email to our email address:

info@28-cosmetics.com

For this you will need:

  • The order number

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo (in case of a damaged or incorrectly delivered product)

After approval you will receive a return label by email.

7. Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product:

  • We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

  • Within 7 working days at the latest

  • Using the same payment method as the original payment

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

9. Hygiene & safety

For hygiene and health reasons, opened products cannot be resold.
