Shipping Policy

At 28 Cosmetics, we do our best to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping methods.


1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and depend on the chosen shipping method and destination.

The Netherlands

  • Standard shipping: €4.95

  • Free shipping on orders over €45

Belgium & Germany

  • Standard shipping: €9.95

Other EU countries

  • Standard Shipping: €12.95

Outside EU

  • Standard shipping: €19.95

Any promotions or temporary offers may deviate from this.


2. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within:

  • 1 working day after receipt of payment

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code.


3. Delivery time

The Netherlands

  • Expected delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Other countries

  • Expected delivery time: 2-3 business days after dispatch

Please note: we are dependent on the carrier. During peak periods (such as holidays, promotions, or launches), delivery may take longer than usual.

No rights can be derived from the stated delivery times.


4. Shipping partners

We ship our orders through reliable carriers, such as:

  • PostNL

  • DHL

The choice of carrier depends on the type of order and the delivery address.


5. Incorrect address provided

Always carefully check that your address details have been entered correctly when placing your order.

28 Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from an incorrectly provided address.
Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result will be charged to the customer.


6. Damaged or not received order

Did your order arrive damaged or did you not receive your order?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@28-cosmetics.com.

Please state the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the problem

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will work together to find a suitable solution.


7. International Shipping

If applicable:

  • We also ship to selected countries outside the Netherlands

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are shown during checkout.

  • Any import duties, VAT or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
